Why a blog?
I’ve seen plenty of people do it - have a blog and share helpful information about ServiceNow. I thought I could help contribute to the community, make everyone’s lives a little easier, and more fun, and now we’re here!
Who am I?
Tyler Teter, 5 years expertise in ServiceNow, with 3 different implementations. I have a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science, and have my ServiceNow System Administrator Certification, and ITILv4 Foundations.
What’s with the blog name?
A common nickname for ServiceNow is SNow (even though most people don’t like the acronym). The underground makes it feel like we’re some secret group of developers out to take over the world or something!? Also, how does snow fall underground? Science.
